Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £21,694 per annum rising to £22,786.40 following successful completion of 3 month probation
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Hub

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Helpline Advisor in Stratford-upon-Avon.
In this role, you will:
- Provide vital support to those experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Offer guidance, information, and referrals to appropriate services.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive helpline environment.
As a Wellbeing Line Advisor, you will be providing support for those experiencing mental health difficulties through Wellbeing for Warwickshire’s helpline service. You will be providing support to people that may require referrals to internal and external services, signposting to a range of organisations as well as accessing other services delivered across the Collaborative including Qwell and Keyring. The support offered will include (but is not exclusive to) receiving referral calls from people who may be experiencing mental health difficulties, people looking for more general assistance and information about services, supporting with self-help techniques, carers looking for advice and services, professionals seeking support for their service users and other community support services.
