Festive Fundraising this Christmas with Mental Elf
Join us for our first ever South Warwickshire & Worcestershire Mental Elf festive fun run, a Christmas fundraising event with a difference!
Mental Elf is a unique event which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others. It’s an inclusive and non-competitive event, accessible and open to all ages and abilities, and of course, Christmas fancy dress is very much encouraged!
The South Warwickshire & Worcestershire Mental Elf will take place on Sunday 26th November 2023 at 11:30am at Wyre Forest, Worcestershire, DY14 9XQ. The route will follow the Wyre Forest Parkrun route, starting and finishing approximately 10-minute walk from the carpark and visitor centre.
You can choose to walk or run this 5K route through the beautiful forest near Kidderminster. However, if this distance feels a bit of a stretch, or you’ve got younger little Elves, you can instead opt for a 2K route. There will also be lots of fun activities to get us all into the Christmas spirit – you don’t want to miss this!
The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All the money raised at our Mental Elf will go directly towards South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind, meaning every ticket bought and every donation you make will go straight back into your local community, helping friends and family towards better mental health.
