Peer Support Service

Led by a qualified mental health link worker, we facilitate a number of 10-week peer support groups across Worcestershire. These groups are designed to enable you to share your experiences, and listen to those of others, in a safe and confidential setting.

Our current groups are:

REDDITCH: Tuesdays, 1.30pm – 3.30pm

REDDITCH: Wednesday, 10am – 12 midday (time TBC)

EVESHAM: Wednesday, 2pm – 4pm

Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and Worcester – coming soon.

The group utilises different tactics to enhance wellbeing and equip you with tools to reduce feelings of low-mood, anxiety, and depression. The main aim of this group is to enable you to experience the many benefits of peer support including sharing your experiences, learning coping strategies from each other, and having a safe non-judgmental space where you are free to express yourself.

If you think you’d benefit from our peer support service, complete this short form and a mental health link worker will be in touch with you to guide you to the next step.

You will need to be willing to share your own experiences whilst also actively listening to  the journey of others. This will enable you to go on and develop your own support networks once the 10 weeks have finished.

Being able to openly talk to and discuss your journey with others can really benefit your mental health and may help to relieve any pressure that you feel carrying it around with you.
