Our charity exists to help support people towards better mental health and wellbeing. Our service across Worcestershire services the whole county, including Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Stourport & Pershore.
Across the county, we deliver Worcestershire Safe Haven, a twilight service offering telephone support and also face to face appointments. We also offer a peer and individual mental health support for individuals suffering with poor mental health.
We also deliver a wide range of individual, corporate and third sector training packages across the county. You can check those out here.

Worcestershire Safe Haven
Worcestershire Safe Haven operates a mental wellbeing service between the hours of 6pm – 1am and is based in the Redditch town centre. We provide telephone support as well as face-to-face appointments to Worcestershire AND Herefordshire residents who feel they are experiencing ill mental health or a mental health crisis. Offering a listening ear, support and guidance towards accessing other services, we help you by holding your hand towards better mental wellbeing.
The aim is to provide anyone who uses our service with practical tools and strategies to enhance their overall well-being.
To access this service, call us on 01905 600400 and one of our friendly staff are ready to take your call.
