One-to-One Appointments

This is for anyone experiencing a time of increased emotional distress and needs structured, person-centred support to help identify and address the causes of the distress. This is offered in different ways:

  • ‘Pathfinder’ sessions: Learn how to problem solve and understand self-help techniques, develop an action plan and learn to reflect.
  • ‘GROW’ sessions: A higher level of support which assists the personal journey from mental ill health towards better wellbeing through building resilience, identifying goals, interests, and aspirations, and exploring options to move forward and to enjoy personal growth.

Group Sessions

Groups are delivered by practitioners and build towards volunteer-led or peer support groups, instilling community-based development and therefore sustained mental wellbeing.

Peer & Volunteer Led Sessions

The peer and volunteer-led drop-in groups encourage individuals to foster networks of support, grow confidence, motivate, develop new strategies, skills and knowledge to build resilience, and partake in activities that are both mentally and physically stimulating. These are supported by trained volunteers and peer leaders with lived experience of mental health issues.

These are part of our peer led drop-ins, walk-ins and outreach, and will be tailored to the needs of the community. They offer groups of up to 15 people in our local communities including carers and those at risk of developing and with mental ill health and/or low mental wellbeing the opportunity to take part and learn more ways to manage their own mental and physical wellbeing.

The 7 Hubs throughout Warwickshire provide free support, for more information click here.
